  Overall the rental is run down and was extremely dusty. The upstairs floor boards are so loud that you think a person is going to fall through the ceiling. The amendaties are run down and smelly. It had white carpet at one time which is just a bad choice for a rental. There is little room to sit unless you are at the kitchen table and rooms are cramped. It is extremely overpriced for what you get and I would not recommend it to anyone.

    Thanks for sharing Margie. As you know there are lot's of choices with Discover Sunriver. We pride ourselves on clean comfortable accomodations. While this one worked well for the last 5 reviewers, it didn't work for you. We want to fix that.

  Great location, close to mall, cute little place. Nice deck, great hot tub. Older, but quaint and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay there. Would definitely stay there again.

  We found the property needed some maintenance, decks were a little rough on the feet, deck door did not open smoothly. Just a little TLC to the property is needed. We will probably be back but will go for a larger property as we were pretty crowded with
  6 adults.

  The electrical upstairs was not always working as the out door path lights were burned out. The property just needs some repairs and general up keep. ie. slidding door.

  we all had an excellent time. My only complaint is that the hot tub was pretty dirty when we arrived and I couldn't find anything to clean it with. Other than that the place was very nice and we had a great time!

  This little A-frame cabin was perfect for our little group plus two dogs. A dog toy box was available with a blanket to cover the couch. Kitchen was a little small, but had tons of cabinet space. Probably not a good idea to have white carpet in a pet friendly rental property... thanks for all that good firewood, though!

• We especially liked the location, close to the village. One thing that was worrisome to me was the light colored carpet on a rental. We really tried to maintain cleanliness but really tough. Will do it again next year. Thank-you, Linda Vandenbuss

  We had a great time in Sunriver and really enjoyed this property. It was just the two of us and our dog. The only con or suggestion I have concerns the railing around the deck. The rails are so far apart that even a large dog can easily fit through them. You can not have your dog outside on the deck with you without a leash. That was disappointing. It would be wonderful if the rails could be spaced closer together for the safety of young children and pets.

  THE OVERALL STAY WAS GREAT. WE CERTAINLY ENJOYED THE HOT TUB. WE WERE THANKFUL FOR THE AIR CONDITIONING. THE HOUSE UTILIZED ITS SPACE WELL. THE HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE DISHES AND THE CABINETS THEY WERE IN. I HAD TO WASH THE DISHES BEFORE THEY WERE USED. I NEEDED TO WASH OUT THE INSIDES OF THE CABINETS AS THAY HAD MARKS WHERE THE DISHES WERE PUT AWAY.ALSO THE DECK WAS NOT IN THE BEST OF SHAPE. THE GATE ON THE BACK PATIO WAS UNABLE TO LATCH DUE TO THE WALL OF THE PATIO WAS NOT BEING SECURED WELL. YES I WOULD USE THIS HOME AGAIN. EVEN THOUGH SMALL IT WAS USER FRIENDLY.

  FYI The storm door outside handle is very loose. It fell off once and we fixed it with the tools we had on hand but it probably needs a little more work. The coffee pot should be replaced. The door is very loose and actually came open pouring hot water out while we were trying to get a cup of coffee. But the property itself met our expectations and we had a wonderful time.

  This was a very nice, small property. Needed a better carpet at the front door. It was wet when we were at Sunriver and we were quite concerned about the white carpet. Also, missing a cork screw!

  Our disappointment in this unit was due to a comparison of two other units our friends rented at the same time. They paid the same price, yet got at least twice the house and much nicer accomodations. It made our rental seem very overpriced. This house was NOT appropriate for two small children, so we don't feel that the property booking agent made the best recommendation for our situation.
