  Everyone was sorry to leave at the end of our three night stay. We will be back to this place next year as our five year search for a get-away has ended. The bikes were in great shape and the grandkids had plenty of room to play and sleep. The hot-tub
  was too small for the crew however but okay for two.

  Kitchen is not up to full time family cooking. Stove is very old Jen Air & unless you want to grill indoors not very usefull, with only two available burners. Also some issues with using microwave & small appliances together - tripped breaker a few times.
  Otherwise nice house, good location. Loved the large deck & dining room table. Kids loved the downstairs bunk room.

  The house is well-located to the South pool and village--an easy 5 minute bike ride or 10 minute walk--which was great for the kids! We had a great time and would definitely return to this property.

  My family's first time to Sunriver,OR. I've been to Bend 14-yrs ago and was exited to go back and ski Mt. Bachelor, and it was well worth it. My wife was excited to see what I was bragging about and now she is excited to go back to Bend/Sunriver, OR. I can hardly wait to go back too. We were impressed with what Sunriver has to offer, it is truly Beautiful and exciting to be at and we will definetly be going back, this Dec. 2011/Jan. 2012 for more skiing, Bend and Sunriver adventure. Would highly recommend the property we stayed at and we would re-book it.

  Nice a roomy place. Great layout for our five kids. The hot tub is from the 70s and only worked 1 out of 4 days. There were no controls for the temperature and I wouldn't count on it working. Needs a new microwave it is also probably from the 70s.

    I spoke with the hot tub company and they said they were called out to the house on your last night and had to do some repairs as wires and a part had melted. The tub is up and running. If you had called us about the microwave and it wasn't working properly we would have been happy to bring you out a replacement. The Owner has purchased a new GE microwave and will be installing it in May.

  This is a great house in a great location. The property managers were great and very responsive when we needed help with some minor issues. The house has a good layout and comfortable beds. A couple of lamps in the bunk room (which is a great room for kids) and new carpet and the place would be perfect!

  The home's location and setup were great. We really like the reversed living setup. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn't working well which was disappointing and the stereos would not play cd's. We usually stay on the north end of Sunriver, but really enjoyed being on the south end this year. Took advantage of Mavericks which is a great addition to Sunriver.

  We loved our time in SR. The kitchen was a bit small and the stove/oven definitly outdated. If you plan to cook a lot this isn't good. If you plan to enjoy all the fabulous restaurants in Bend...who cares about the oven quality.

  The house was great and very well equipped. Everything was very clean and everything worked. Carpet upstairs could be stretched behind the dining room table, otherwise very nice and cozy place. We definitely would return again as soon as we can work out plans. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

• Thank you for the new beds!! What a huge improvement. We stay at this location frequently, but hated the beds. In fact , we were going to start looking for another rental because of the terrible beds. Not anymore!

  We have stayed in this rental because of the location. Great for kids- The updates on the decor were great with the exception of the beds. The mattresses are the WORST!!! The owners should of gone the extra mile and replaced them, the floor would have been more comfy. We will not stay here again because of this.

  This was our second time renting in Sunriver. The house at 03 Central Lane met and exceeded our expectations. Well located for our kids to get to Village and pool. House layout was great for all our needs. Best accommodation we've rented here or other vacation spots we've enjoyed.
