  Love the house and its location close to everything! The train was loud on a couple of occasions, but, being from the coast, the third night was like the low rumble of the ocean. Once again the rental company was awesome. Thanks!

  Our family of 4 including our 8 year old son and 70 year old grandmother found 11 Coyote to be a cool, peaceful, clean, comfortable retreat after exploring the surrounding mountains and volcanic areas. The house was in a shaded setting and conveniently
  located within walking distance of Sunriver Village Mall. We appreciated the helpful support staff who responded within 20 minutes to replace the near empty propane tank of the barbeque. It was nice to be able to park inside the garage to avoid getting tree
  pitch on the car. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics such as coffee filters, dishes, pots, pans, colander, extra dish soap, clean new sponge, garbage bags. We enjoyed the private deck and relaxing in the hot tub in the evening where we could see
  the bats flying and the stars sparkling! The bikes were in adequate condition for riding on the myriad of bike trails. We made good use of the free access to Mavericks and the Wi-Fi available in the house. We would definitely return to 11 Coyote in the future
  for our next Sunriver vacation. There were very few downsides in our experience: 1) Some may be bothered by the sound of trains at night since the house is very close to the train tracks. The sound did not affect our sleep though. 2) The temperature of the
  hot water tank was set at an uncomfortably high temperature which could be dangerous if you have children with you. 3) The beds seemed to be smaller than queen sized. 4) We couldn’t seem to get the phone to make outgoing calls. Luckily our cell phone reception
  was excellent.

    Thank you for your comments. Calling in Oregon now requires you to dial the area code first 541. We will look into the hot water heater temperature. The beds are queens.

  We could not have hoped for a better place to call home for the week. Comfortable beds, a very well equipped kitchen, Very central location. The home actually has two master bedrooms so it's perfect for two couples or a family.

  We have stayed at Coyote 11 several times. We love the layout of the house and it's location. The private hot tub is a bonus. Every year we have taken advantage of the 4 bikes that are in the garage, just bring your own helmet, everything else is there for your biking enjoyment. We would recommend this house to just about anyone.

  Only suggestion would be that the appliances need to be updated. Stove top took a while to heat up and had a strange defrost mode on the microwave. Otherwise it was very clean, well kept and a great stay for mom/daughter getaway.

  The single story floor plan was wonderful for our toddler.Also, there were no loose cleaning supplies underneath the sinks which is also great for little ones.The open floor plan and wonderful fireplace along with the great kid games made for fun evenings and afternoons.Just one suggestion:maybe time for a carpet clean...our socks were dirty after wearing them in the house for only a few hours. Overall wonderul place.Would stay again.

• The house was just perfect for 3-4 guests. It was beautifully maintained and had everything you need but food. The only negative was close proximity to a noisy hiway. We loved it anyway and would go again.

  This was our 4th time staying at Coyote #11. We love it! For us it is ideal as my aging mother often accompanies us and the ramped entry and step in shower work perfectly for her. The house is spacious and welcoming, with all the ammenities we need. It is always fun to find the bikes in the garage ready to ride!
  
  We look forward to returning to this same rental in the future. My mom even said she would like to buy it, it is so nice!
  
  The Discover Sunriver staff could not be any friendlier than they are. I have never had a question that could not be answered immediately. The staff is not only professional, but sincerely nice.

  You may want to have a hot tub service call. The jets stayed on ALL NIGHT LONG !! I understand that the heater will come on occasionally and then stop,but the full on jets would come on all by themselves and stay on. We tried many times in the middle of the night to shut them off. Otherwise, the trip and stay was great !!

  This is our 3rd stay at Coyote 11. We love this house, and always hate to leave at the end of our vacation. Short of having a personal chef that comes with the house, I can't think of anything that would make it better. The location is perfect for us since we like to dine in the village. The bikes are great. This house is on a circle that does not get much traffic so it is always quiet and peaceful.
