  Would recommend a new hot tub cover so that one person can take it off. Also time to upgrade kitchen appliances and pots/pans - pans without lids - stove is miserable to try to cook on! Also would be nice to advertise the LACK of a garage! We needed that space!

  We have traveled to Sunriver every year for skiing for over 30 years but this was our first time renting from this company. We were very impressed with their rates and they actually give you a free night on the specials, not just say they will,then bump up the nightly rate like other rental entities in Sunriver. This house was adorable and exceptionally clean. Very well appointed. We will be back, soon!

  the house and location was great, had all the things needed (except food of course) Weather was as advertised, The bed is too soft to our liking but we still had a very good time, we relaxed until having to get in the car to return to the Portland area. Thank you.

  Second time we've rented this property. Very comfortable and met our needs. Still trying to figure out why the train engineer felt the need to blow the train horn at 2:30 in the morning. Sunriver is one of the best places to relax...been doing this for

  Our stay at Flat Top 5 was wonderful. The ammenities were slightly older but still working and did the job. Everything we needed, such as pots and pans, were available. Our girls loved the surprise "secret hideout" in their bedroom! The only 'downside' we had for the location was that there wasn't a path near the home to ride bikes on. We had to ride on a few streets to get to the path. We were a little concerned because our 6 year old was just learning to two wheel. Luckily, it was off season and not too busy on the streets.

  This little house is well-maintained, light, bright and comfortable. It was a perfect fit for our family of five and the rental agency was friendly and easy to work with. My only real complaint is that there is no garage - so no bikes to borrow. (We rented some at the Village.) Otherwise, a great place to stay!

  This is a nice place for the price. Easy walk to playground, so good for those with young kids. The kitchen was very well equipped, sharp knives, yeah! This is important to chefs like me. Check out was easy, no extra cleaning / washing work on the day you leave.

    Thank you for the kind review. We do try to make your stay as easy as possible; upon departure all you need to do is run the dishwasher, take the garbage out and bring the keys back to us. We take care of everything else. :0)

• We enjoyed the property very much. Just the right size for two of us. The only complaint was the bed in the master bedroom. True, there was a comfy topper on the mattress...but there was a sag and it did make for restless nights.

  This was a nice house for our trip to Sunriver. We had all the amenities we needed including a hot tub. We were there during a super hot week and a/c would've been great, but we used fans in the windows at night to cope and stayed in the pools and river in the day. Very nice and peaceful.

    Glad to hear you had a nice vacation. In Central Oregon we drop about 30 degrees from our day time temperatures so the opening of the windows is what most of us do. Sunriver is so nice and quiet at night you get the fresh mountain air and a good night's sleep.

  We arrived in Sunriver looking for a week of relaxation without following a schedule and we got it! It was a great stay. This was our second stay at #05 Flat Top Lane and we'll probably be back. The house is in a good location close to Fort Rock Park and it is very comfortable. The kids, of course, always love the hide-away loft area. And you can't beat the family biking. The hot tub was great; the deck could could benefit from a few lounging-type chairs though. And a few nicer fry pans in the kitchen would be appreciated. The kids loved the popsicle trays! Overall, this house is a winner. Thanks!

  As soon as we got there the kids found the loft area in the spare bedroom and deemed it for kids only. We also really enjoyed the hot tub and the fire place (really great that the fire wood was provided as well). It was close to Fort Rock Park which was a big plus with our kids as was the easy access to all the biking trails. The Property Management Company was awesome especially when we had a problem. They were out to the house and had it fixed before we got back. That's outstanding service! Our only complaint, if you can call it that, was the bed in the master 's very, very firm. Not what we're used to. All in all, a great place to stay.

  The house was great. It was clean and in good shape. The only problem were the small appliances. Specifically, the toaster and the coffee maker were of very low quality. It took away from the overall experience. the rest of the house was great.
