  House was clean and and plenty of space for our large family. The kids loved the bunk room. The hot tub was old and not that great...couldn't find the controls to turn up the "only warm" water. Loved that they had bikes for our use!

  the bunkbeds were damaged and thus the top bunks unusable. If we had the maximum number of people this would have been a problem

  Pros: right next to ft rock park, good natural light upstairs, good wifi, good garage space
  
  Cons: some outdated furnishings (VCRs!) dull knives. Wouldstay here again, good for 2-3 small families.

  The only dissatisfier was the hot tub location. We did not mind its location off the master bedroom, but there needed to be another way to access.

  We had a great overall trip. A few incidents did happen during our stay. We lost electicity and had to find the breaker box and reset it. FYI the breaker box is located in a downstairs bedroom not the garage (can be a bit of a challange to find in the dark.) Second issue was with the hot water. The house sleeps up to 10 people and we had 6. After 3 people showered there was not any hot water available.

  This was a great house for 10 of us for a small family reunion. Close to a great volleyball court which we enjoyed a lot. Plenty roomy. Not plush, but very comfy. Main living is on second floor (kitchen, living room, master, etc) so if you have a problem with stairs be prepared. It was great for us.

  Overall the house was amazing... large and very good separation of space. The kitchen was awesome and we found everything we needed to cook gourmet meals, however, most of the dishes, pots, etc. needed to be washed before used. And the coffer maker was broken. The location of the hot tub seemed strange given such a big house. It would have been more convenient (and used more) had it been located in a common area rather than on a private deck off the master bedroom. The hot tub also seemed quite murky. The beds were very comfortable and the gas fireplaces were a nice cozy touch! Overall we had a lovely stay. Thank you!

  Lots of room and well stocked with kitchen necessities. Could use a snow shovel. Although detailed instructions were available, we were unable to figure out how to get the surround sound to work when playing a DVD, but didn't miss it.

  Everything was great as usual. Thank you to owners for new deck slats closer together - used to not be able to let small ones out there by themselves. Also thanks for new wood floor decking. Negative - freezer in refrig. did not work well. We didn't have much in either frig or freezer but would not keep ice cream anywhere near cold enough. Was soft enough that we threw it away.

  House has a great lay-out for multiple families and is in a wonderful location (close to the park, but enough distance that it's not noisy.) Didn't mind the lack of air conditioning, but it was difficult to cool the house down, since many windows are stuck shut. There were knobs missing on the stove, but other than the problems with the windows & stove, everything worked.

    Thank you for the comments. We checked out the windows and all were and are working fine. Perhaps the latch system was unfamiliar to you. In the future please don't hesitate to give us a call with what ever needs you may have. The knob on the stove you're referring to is the timer knob on the clock. It doesn't affect aany operations or functionality of the stove but just so you know we're on the hunt for a replacement. The house does have a great layout and it's location can't be beat.   It was a very nice house and almost perfect for our needs. We just had 2 coments.
  
  Hoodoo 7 like many of the houses has a deck where if you have small children with you, it is unusable. In our area (and probably in Bend's) the rails on the deck are no longer close enough together to meet code. Our 2 yr old could still get her head through. Seems like a huge liability issue for your management company and the whole area.
  
  Second, the gas grill (which is a must have on hot summer days) was very, very dirty - my husband spent at least a half hour trying to get it clean. It also had several cracks in it and think this property probably needs a new grill.

    Judy your right the code was different in the past than it is now. We're happy to report that the railings have been updated to meet current code. Bring on the toddlers!
