  Very nice house with good layout. We very much liked how open the kitchen/living room/dining room area was. Only complaints are that we could have used a few extra towels and pillowcases and that the outlets downstairs were very loose and we had some trouble
  getting our plugs (chargers) to stay in. Upstairs outlets were fine. Those issues were not dealbreakers though. We enjoyed our long holiday weekend. Thank you!

  The mattresses on the beds were horrible; Barely enough towels were supplied; There was not a saute pan big enough to accommodate anywhere near 10 people; There should be enough matching plates and glasses to accommodate 10 people;Hot water tank was not
  able to keep up with 10 people showering;Location was great and we enjoyed using the bikes to get to the village and pools; Some type of umbrella on the west facing deck would be nice to provide some shade in the late afternoon early evening hours.

  Perfect layout for Grandma & Grandpa and the kids & grandkids. Enough beds & baths. Beds are a little hard--some foam toppers would be great! Hope to come back again. We all had fun!

  Pro: Discover Sunriver was great to work with, very helpful. Location of house was nice and private and quiet with a great back deck and nice balcony. The lay out of the house is great with the master upstairs and the other 3bds downstairs.
  Con: Beds are VERY HARD!!! When someone else mentioned this in a review I disregarded it but wish I hadn't. All 5 of us had difficulty getting a good nights sleep. A number of items in the kitchen did not work and the table on the deck had spilled food on it when we arrived. There was no hair dryer in the bathrooms and the living room TV is too far away from the furniture and needs to be upgraded to a large flat screen. I can overlook everything but the beds. I have rented from Discover a number of times and will do so again but I will never rent this house again unless they change the beds.

  We liked the layout of the house a lot. The general family area was open providing space for everyone. Having access to Mavericks was very nice since the weather was unseasonably cold for Memorial Weekend!

  The house was great, very large and could sleep 12. The hot tub was very nice after a long day of snow skiing. The beds are a little on the firm side.

  The home was clean and ready. We enjoyed staying at this home. The only thing that I did not like was the fact that the cleaning ladies showed up way earlier than scheck out time and started peeking and looking thru the door to get started early or to push us out, I was not sure. But the oeverall stay was good and I would do it again and at the same house eventhoug we were only eight people and the house was made for 10.

  The beds were too hard to sleep. Most of us hardly got any sleep at all during the stay.
  
  Instead of three one-queen bedrooms, we should have the second or third bedroom with twins to give customers more flexibility.
  
  The upper bunk beds did not have any bedding such as sheets and pillows.
  
  The ice machine was not working and we had to fix it.
  
  On the first night, I had to take a cold shower because the water had not been warmed up, yet. Should be ready to use.
  
  In general, the property was pretty good and a great deal. I just wished we had had a little softer beds. I felt like sleeping on a board. I normally do not have any trouble sleeping on different beds.
  
  The property management companay was great. They gave us an excellent deal to start out with, and gave us a 50% off on the third night. Very helpful and nice people.

• The property was just great for all of us. The only statement I would like to make is that the kitchen was not very well stocked as far as dishes and pots and pans...and bowels...I would try to use this property again...

  The hot tub in the basement was the only drawback. We didn't end up using it at all since it wasn't in a good spot.

    Rarely you will find a hot tub on an upstairs deck, they are way to heavy.
