  We enjoyed our stay in Sunriver. The house was nice but didn't smell fresh when we arrived. We know it is a dog house but even as dog owners we don't want to smell them in a house when we enter! Otherwise a very comfortable home and would recommend it to others.

  While the house itself is in a good location and has a well equipped kitchen, it is in need of updating and maintenance work. Much chipped woodwork, peeling exterior paint, uneven deck planking. When we opened the hide a bed it was filled with popcorn
  (not ours). The yard was filled with downed trees that had not been removed. Discover Sunriver added an additional fee to our bill after we had already authorized an amount to our credit card.

    We will look into the issues you had with the home. The popcorn in the hide a bed is unacceptable and should not have happened. You were charged a pet fee in addition to the amount quoted because you brought a dog. It is our standard policy to do so as do all rental companies in Sunriver.

• No internet access - There was no access and that was a requirement for us. The management company quickly moved us to a very nice home. Mountain Ln. was nice and cozy but the house they moved us to was definitely an upgrade for the same price.

  We took advantage of the couples getaway package from Discover Sunriver. It was a great deal and perfect for us. House is great with hot tub, fireplace and comfortable bed. Would definitely do it again!

  Teflon pots are chipped and not in useable condition. Knives need sharpening... impossible to use. However, everything else was great! Kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of towels and wood, etc. (Ax is in garage.)

  Great location. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Great deck. Lots of deer. The upstairs bathroom seems a bit beat up. Hot tub has some kind of rusting or unsightly wear on the inside.

  We loved the wood fireplace,(we heat with wood at home). Kitchen was well stocked, having two large beds make it perfect for two couples.Also loved the Decor. Hot tub was a good temperature,but the inside did need a good scrub down.

• #2 Mtn. View: The house was quite and quaint. We strongly recomend replacement of all Teflon cook pans as they are in very poor condition. The water ketle interior is flaking off and is unsanitary. There were plenty of linens, pillows, towels, etc.

  The deck umbrella needs to be replaced and the Bar-B-Q brush needs to be replaced. I would recomend the owner pay for 2-3 small fans to be used at night when warm. Strongly recommend replacement of sliding shower door tracks and caulking. Unsanitary conditions.
