  We loved the location, within walking distance to Mavericks and store. I know that people have mentioned about traffic noise, I think during our stay the noise was not a factor at all. It accommodated us nicely especially having children (Foosball was a hit) The only problem that we encountered was the temperature in the jacuzzi, we were unable to adjust it to what we want. Overall, we had a great time.

  We stayed over the holidays with our 2 boys and had a wonderful time. The home is very well maintained and had a few extras that other homes don't typically have in Sunriver (Bikes, salt/pepper/spices, flat screen tv, foos ball table, gas fireplace). The only slight negative is that it backs up to Cottonwood and is a stones throw from the North Store although we didn't notice any excess noise and being a walk away from the store was actually kind of nice. It didn't bother us but might others. Would stay here again.

  House was even better in person than how it looked online. Lots of space and very comfortable. Plenty of dishes and cookware for our group to cook and eat big meals.
  The only issue was the hot tub... We got in the first night, and each of us received an electric shock. We called management and they sent the hot tub maintenance who said that if we had been shocked the breaker would have tripped... no action was taken, so we were afraid to go in the rest of our stay.

    Ruth the hot tub guy came by and checked out the hot tub. He should have knocked and let you know. We had them do a thorough check after you let us know. I'm sorry for the inconvenience as well as the scare for all of you. If there's ever a problem and you think nothiing has happened please let us know and we'll take care of it. I sent you an e-mail on your way home to give you the information and to give you something else as well. Hopefully you've seen that and we hope to see you again. Thank you for letting us know.

  Loved our stay at Sunriver at #7 Mt. Rainier. The home was very comfortable, spotlessly clean upon arrival, and well-stocked with cooking utensils, towels, etc. We liked the location on the court away from traffic, but close to Mavericks and the store.

  We arrived after a beautiful drive from Portland and met the folks at Discover Resort. What a great first impression! They were extreamly helpful and gave us lots of area information and ideas of fun things to do. Arriving to the vacation home, wow. It was decorated very nicely, very spacious and many extras. The bed was indeed very comfortable! Truly, we grew excited come evening time to crawl in bed. With the moutain air and extra soft bed.. Mmmm. In the livingroom there is a large screen tv and surround sound which We put in a movie and cuddled up on the couch. Very cozy having the fire place going too. The Hot Tub is outback off the master and is fully fenced so you don't have to stress wondering if people are laughing at you in your bathing suit! We really enjoyed the house and hope to stay there again but with a group of people. What a great Labor Day weekend thanks to Discover Resorts!

  We had a wonderful summer vacation for one week in Sunriver. My sister, my wife, and our 3 year old twins stayed at #07 Mt. Rainier Lane, which is a wonderful home in a great location near Mavericks, the North grocery store, and the Woodlands golf course. The place was great and could easily accomodate 8 people. We had BBQ on the back deck, took the bikes all around Sunriver, visited both community pools during the week, watched DVDs, and even got some golf in. We will definitely be back because there is so much to do in Sunriver and our kids had a great time. The property was perfect and had all the amenities, which exceeded our expectations.

  We love this house and the prop mgmt company. The floors were soaking wet upon our arrival, they were shampooed the same day and there were no fans out. We were offered another property but have always loved this home and location. It took over an hour for fans to arrive. I also spent some time cleaning cobwebs hanging from ceiling and dusting some furniture. We do love that all the little things like mixers and blenders are available, very much like home. Super thoughtful owners!

    Thanks for the review. We had to have the carpet cleaned after 11 am when the guest before you left. We apologize for the fans not running when you got there. It does take a while for the carpets to dry after cleaning. We will meet your expectations on your next visit.

  This home was perfect. We had between 5 and 8 people there throughout the week, and it was comfortable and well stocked with dishes, towels, etc. Beds were comfy, and Mavericks is righ out the back door and accross the street. So fun for the kids!We will stay there again for sure!

  Unless the house is painted and carpet cleaned, we would not recommend this house. The master on the main is great for the parents of a family, but shd be advertised as a point of interest for parents who have babies.
