  The home was clean, comfy and well suited for our family. The only negative was that the master bed was extremely uncomfortable, but overall, it was a wonderful property and we really enjoyed our stay.

  Overall, a nice stay. Staff was friendly, check in and check out were easy and fast. A lot of bikes to choose from that fit our family, very nice location of property. Problems: We asked for a bike to be repaired, which was done, but when we returned the garage was open leaving our belongings in the house exposed, this was a big deal to us. The ceiling fan in the loft did not work, the kitchen window would not open, we could not open the window in the master as the air conditioning unit left that window without a screen. Things we would have liked: No coffee filters upon check in, no starter shampoo or conditioner. Bottom line, while an overall nice stay, we will look at other options in addition to your rental company in the future.

  We loved being on the North End of SunRiver for easy access to hwy 97 and Bend. So close to the Mavericks and the store. Loved our stay.

  We stayed for three nights and loved the location, the well equipped kitchen, hot tub, and the deck (the sun hits it most of the day and it is very peaceful) Our daughter wasn't feeling very well during our stay and we were so grateful to have such a cozy place to be together. We appreciated the homey touches like candles,and the stuffed animals on the bunks welcoming any little ones. This was the perfect place for us.

  We loved the location. The house had some funky aspects (kitchen layout) and we could never get the hot tub warmer than 98 degrees no matter how hard we tried. But, overall we had a great time. We were very happy that we could bring our dog.

  We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, although the sheets on the king bed kept popping off (you need corner elastics or deeper sheet pockets. The slat boards on the bunk beds were too short and kept falling out. The bottom left burner on the stove didn't work properly. Also, the inside of the microwave, waffle iron, and quesedilla maker were all dirty. There wasn't enough hot water to fill the upstairs tub, and there was no way to turn up the hot water heater. Neighborhood was very quiet and convenient. The air conditioning unit upstairs was a life saver! This unit has at least 5 bikes including helmets, but the management property said that there wasn't any bikes. The grill and hot tub were very enjoyable. It was very nice to cook in for most meals. Thank you for sharing this home!
