Cute and cozy studio condo located in the Business Park of Sunriver. Short walking or biking distance to the Sunriver Mall. The living room has a hide-a-bed and there is a steep stair to two sleeping areas each with a full futon mattress. This condo is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. After a long day bike riding take a soak in the Association hot tub.

"Cozy" in the unit's description means tiny which for the two of us was not really a problem as we were active outdoors and only in the condo at night. However, our stay coincided with a heat wave. With no air conditioning and a nonworking portable fan (the ceiling fan did work) the nights were pretty uncomfortable. The toilet's leaky valve meant repeated handle jiggling was required.

Unfortunately there are not a lot of homes with air conditioning due to our cool nights although more and more owners are installing that each year. We to work with you again in the future. Maybe it was my understanding, but this room was not I what I expected. I did not know it was soooo tiiiiinnnyyy. Again, my fault... everything was clean and neat....(just small).

It was very hot (upper 90's) while we were there, so AC would have been nice, particularly for getting to sleep at night. Other than that, everything was great.
