  The house was clean and well-suited for our trip - accommodating the family quite well with rooms and layout. My only concerns are that the house could be more equipped with kitchen items - there was no saran wrap, Ziploc bags or Tupperware nor serving dishes. Also, Discover Sunriver not accepting Amex is disappointing since this would qualify as travel industry in which most establishments do accept Amex. I also inquired about the Mt Bachelor ticket deal in Oct and was quoted a price that in Nov rose by $20.

  Cozy Home in Sunriver. Very nice place with a few quirks. Very far from resort. Otherwise great place. Large Hot Tub!

  Very easy to make arragement. Your staff could not have been more helpful. My only concern was a TV that was hard to watch and a hot tub that had slow or bad jets. Repair was not possible. Other wise it was a good stay. Next year I hope my team stays with
  Discover Sunriver. I would book with you in a minute.

  We enjoyed our stay, only recommendation I would make is to move the twins beds upstairs and put a queen downstairs. That way kids can have the twins next to their parents room and not downstairs by themselves.

  We rented this house to spend the weekend with a group of ladies from the Portland area. We loved the house. There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everybody. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and baking dishes.
  
  The bikes in the garage were a little old and rickety but at least there were bikes. The hot tub was lovely. And it was great that we got a discount at the High Desert Museum for booking with Discover Sunriver. I will definitely recommend them and the house on Rager Mt Ln.

  our particular facility had a hot water heater that kind of let us down a little and the dish washer was pretty lame...also the washer and dryer are extremely small so the huge beach towels we used at the pool filled up a whole load all by themselves...but we liked the house, loved the snow fall on sunday and had a great family 3 days...i would stay there again, bring our own beach towels and hope for a new dishwasher ...

  The hot tub was broken and the Rental Agency could not have been more helpful. They phoned the repairman and kept asking us if they had come around. The repairman for the Rental Agency came around right away with a new light bulb. When it turned out the hot tub needed a new part and could not be fixed immediately, the Rental Agency moved us to another fabulous house with a working hot tub. Excellent, friendly service!! We are having a great time at Sunriver--skiing (downhill and x-country), Yoga, Mavericks, eating out. We will definitely be back.

  For people who come from cooler climates, it would be good to let them know there is no air conditioning in the unit. Pretty "dated" property for the price that we paid.

  Our party of 8 (4 couples) was very pleased with the property. We had drain problems with the dishwasher and one shower, but maintenance was quickly provided.

  There were a few spider webs where I thought they could have been removed. In the master bedroom behind the stand by the bed (there were some old chiken bones. Carpet dirty in spots. But overall very nice cabin.
