  The pictures don't do the house justice, it is much nicer and has been recently outfitted with new pots and pans (which I really appreciate). There are plenty of tv's for everyone. The upstairs works perfect if you are traveling with children - it gives them their own space.

  We've stayed at this property every year for about a dozen years. It's really wonderful -- clean, spacious, well-located. The only problem is that there haven't been many upgrades over these dozen years. The stove/range is a bit dated, no flat-panel TVs
  or Blu-Ray, and there's even a VHS player. With a makeover, this property would be a perfect "10."

  We have been visiting Sunriver for 15 yrs. and think this is one of the best homes for a large family retreat. This is a well stocked home with lots of chairs, bikes (10) and a huge hot tub. We cooked many meals and appreciated all the nice pots and pans. Our only suggestions are cleaning and/or replacing the carpets, add a new door bell, replace chipped dishes. None of these things interfered with our stay but it is time to update.

  We selected this house because or its proximity to the mall. We wanted to bike or walk to Goodys for our nightly after dinner treat. Unfortunately, the construction of the Aquatics park conflicted with our plans, but only for the first half of our stay. The bike/walking path was closed and we were forced to walk/bike on the road and through Circle 2. The house design suited our families with the parents staying in the two kings on the lower level and the kids on the upper level in the two bedrooms with a loft. The bikes were the best of any rental house, and we have rented in Sunriver for over 20 years. Although this house was the most expensive rental ever, it was also the most comfortable rental and encourage others to pay the extra for what this property has to offer.

  We loved the house and it was perfect for all of us. My family of four + 3 more! There was room for everyone and lots of bikes to ride. The kitchen was great with everything we needed. Enjoyed the hot tub too. This place would definitely need A/C in the summer though because it gets plenty warm upstairs even when it's snowing. We had a wonderful time and I would recommend this house!

  Our stay was great and the property met all our needs. We had our whole family, Grandma and Grandpa, two daughters and husbands and four grandkids. The property worked great. The hot tub got a lot of action.

  We have stayed at this property three times, two in the summer and once at Christmas. In the summer the area has many attractions. One limitation of the property is there is no A/C so on hot days you get hot. It is a nice place in a nice setting, and we would go back.

    We are getting more and more owners that are installing air conditioning. Unfortunately this isn't one of them but it is a beautiful home. If it becomes a necessity for you we can find a comparable place for you to stay. Thanks for your great comments

  The house was not air conditioned and it was very warm during our stay in Sunriver. Also the kitchen floor was really dirty upon our arrival so we had to mop it.

    That weekend was extremely, actually abnormally hot. We can't do anything about the lack of air conditioning but we can do something about the cleaning. We have a great crew and were sorry that was overlooked. We welcome and appreciate your comments
