  Other than a lack of snow and toooo much rain we had a great time. The house was very well equipped. We and 4 guests for dinner one evening and didn't feel crowded. This will be a property that we will rent this summer if available.

  We really enjoyed our stay in #3 Plover and will probably rent this home again. It's in a great spot and is the right size for us. The furniture is comfy inside and out. There was some dust in places but it was generally clean enough. The only thing we
  would change is that there are no good reading lights anywhere in the house. The one lamp in the living room is not adequate for night time reading and it's black shade makes it difficult to use. A few well placed floor lamps from Costco or Target would be
  a great addition. The kitchen had everything we needed except a salad spinner and a good broom or Swiffer and a dust pan. Nice new appliances and a good BBQ made cooking a breeze. The Discover Sunriver folks were super-quick to take care of a plumbing problem
  we had! We come to Sunriver every year and this house is one of our favorites!

  We had such a wonderful stay at #3 Plover lane. This was our 5th visit to Sunriver and our first to Plover Lane. We will definitely stay at this house again! Only concern was that one of the windows in both of the upstairs bedrooms were non-functioning.
  It made it difficult for air flow.

  This was a great house for us and our Spring Break vacation. Plenty of room to spread out. Enjoyed the hot tub and the Mavericks access, and great snow skiing on Mt. Bachelor. Only downside was the kitchen sink faucet was a bit moody - didn't always turn off easily. And, the oven/microwave are quite old. They could stand an upgrade. But otherwise, it was clean, beds were comfortable, fire place was great, nice tv's in each room. We will definately stay here again!

  We really enjoyed our stay at #3 Plover. The house was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. We had to call maintenance for a minor repair and they responded quickly with the correct tools to fix the problem. We would definately stay here again.

  The house was good as far as privacy with the master downstairs with it's own bathroom and the 2 connected bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen could use some updates as far as the oven-it's an old model.

  A very comfortable home for a family or multiple couples. Home is well laid out to accomodate a feeling of openess in the living room and kitchen as well as privacy in the bedroom areas. Back deck and spa provide great views of the forest as well as privacy from adjacent homes. Will stay hear again.

• 6 of us ladies were going to the annual Sister's quilt show and thought it would be fun to hang out in Sunriver at a house. This house worked well for our group in every way. The third bathroom was very nice to have for 6 women. Great bike selection

  My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at #3 Plover Lane. There is only one issue, which may not bother some people. The wood floors from upstair is creaky. If you are a heavy sleeper, then no problem.

• Beautiful home, easy rental process, great location. Two small issues: the kitchen floor was dirty when we arrived; it appeared that the cleaning staff forgot to sweep. All else was very well cleaned.

  Owner needs to replace hot tub lid: it is broken, and has absorbed water to the point of saturation, making it extremely difficult to raise and lower hot tub lid.
  
  Bikes were in good shape and easy to ride! Again, all else was FANTASTIC!

• We thought that overall, the place was very nice, however, there were a few cleaning opportunities. The glass screen on the fireplace was extremely soiled, making it difficult to see the fire. A kitchen area rug needed cleaning.

  This home was very nice, almost thought it was brand new but then realized it was updated very well. Two bedrooms upstairs for the kids and then we had the master downstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed and the hot tub and bikes made our stay complete. We hope to stay in this comfortable yet beautiful home the next time we come to Sunriver!
