  We had a wonderful time here. The house was very clean, well furnished and has pretty much everything you can ask for. There is also a vast movie collection and board games/puzzles in the house. The location is good, it is a quiet neighborhood, with the
  exception of the train that comes periodically. Deer also wander through the backyard which the kids enjoyed seeing. The house has quick access to the highway and is really close to the Mavericks center, grocery store and gas station. The only issues we had
  were the train mentioned above that runs behind the house, it can be annoying when it comes at 1 am. Also watch out for the ceiling fan in the bunk bed room, especially with kids.

  We loved our stay at #12 Ollalie Lane! The house was nicely furnished, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the movie collection had something for everyone. While proximity to trains may deter some, we found the sights and sounds to be a delightful novelty.

  The setting was key for us. winter birch and pines from the window collecting the soft snow - we looked out on paradise through windows at every angle ! Master suite is ideal beyond description. Of many dozens of stays over the years.. equalled by none !

  Enjoyed the house, although the close proximity to train tracks and distance from main lodger where my convention activities were, will probably eliminate us using this house next time we visit. We liked the layout of the house. The high beds were a challenge for my wife who has a disability. While we did find a small step stool in the kitchen a bigger one should be available for people with disabilities to help the get into the two big beds.

  This was a great house. I've rented a lot in Sunriver and this is one of the best! The kitchen really is fully stocked and even has sharp knives. Love the music set up, just plug in your ipod and get music throughout the main living area. The internet even worked great...the house is well maintained, the beds were comfortable. Outside furniture was even nice and yard well maintained. Great place to stay, highly reccommended.

  We had such an amazing weekend in Sunriver. This home is immaculate nested in beautiful scenery and provides privacy off of the back deck. The interior was very modern and comfortable and the king bed was great! Thank you for sharing this was a wonderful experience!

  We've stayed in a number of houses at Sunriver and this is probably the best. Some houses are rather dark and this one had lots of windows and skylights. The living areas were nice and we enjoyed the large video collection. The yard was great. We meet up with friends in Bend and the location right off of Cottonwood was really convenient. The only downside we felt was that the kitchen was not as well equipped as others we have stayed in. The dishware was oversized and we couldn't figure out how to get the dinner plates to fit in the dishwasher so we had to hand wash them.

    You are right the dishes are oversized they are the strongest plates in the world according to the owner so you don't have to worry about breaking them in the dishwasher. You have do a little tilting to not have the sprayer hit them.

  This home is located in a very secluded setting on the north end of sunriver. You can relax either on the deck or the beautifully landscaped yard. The house is tastefully decorated and inviting. The occasional train passing by was fun to watch and could not be heard inside the house with the windows closed. This house is ideal for two couples. We will definately be returning many times.

  My husband and I came with our 3 small grandchildren. One of the things I would reccomend is plastic ware for little ones, and some easy to clean placemats. The movie and book collection was outstanding. The home was beautifully decorated, the bunk room was perfect for the grandchildren. The train tracks were a little close, the kids never woke-up when it went by. Having the Mavericks membership come with the rental home was perfect, and we all enjoyed using it. All in all we had a great time.
