  Our family of 6 found this home the perfect size. We would rent this home again for sure! Everyone felt comfortable and at home. Kitchen is well stocked, appliances were great (super quiet dishwasher!)If I was pressed to find anything not five stars it
  would have to be the couch :-) It seemed to have seen better days but overall still a great experience!Thank you!

• Great Little Getaway

  We rented this house with another couple, when we were in town for the weekend. The location is tucked away(which we liked) and close to the Mavericks gym. We really loved everything about the house, except the mattresses were awful. Way too soft. I ended up sleeping on the couch, since that was the only place I could get comfortable. It was bad enough, that it would prevent me from renting this home in the future, even though everything else was great.

  This was a great home for our family of four. Nice floor plan. The house is very comfortable. The gas fireplace is fantastic in the winter. Following a soak in the hot tub after a long day skiing on Mt. Bachelor. We enjoyed hanging out in the family room! Discover Sunriver is a great rental company to rent from. Thanks.

  We enjoyed the large screen televisions although we found Direct TV difficult to use. The kigh speed internet was great

  This house was perfect for myself and my two girlfriends. We have been going to Sunriver together for 6 years, and have stayed in 2 other houses. This was our favorite house so far. The house is comfy/cozy!

  The place was beautiful. The hot tub was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked. We got to watch the US open on the big screen tvs - it was wonderful. Great place, great employees to help us.

  This property has a great kitchen with all of the amenities. The entire house is tastefully decorated and very comfortable - especially the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining and great room.
  We would suggest room fans for all of the bedrooms, as there is limited air circulation during hot weather.
  We did notice the noise and traffic from Cottonwood & South Imnaha. Perhaps a wall of some sort to deflect sound would help this situation, and the BBQ could then be moved & secured closer to the kitchen & away from the hot tub.

    Thanks for the great comments Gayle! The owners have done a great job with this house! It was hot the week you came. Only about 15 % of the homes in Sunriver have Air conditioning and it is usually not a problem because we normally cool way down at night. Thanks for the suggestion on the fans. We'll get some out there. In regard to the location. We have found the open expanse/greenspace behind the house is very appealing. We've had many positive comments on the wildlife viewing from the deck. Thanks again for your comments. hope to see you again soon!

  We enjoyed the house. As it was newly remodeled most things were in really nice condition. Personally we would have preferred a queen bed where the full was and there should have been a tv there as well. A little more out of the way so if you want to be close to "stuff" be careful. Good size for a family of six with younger children. No high speed internet!!!!

  The 50" LCD TV was nice, but 80 degrees in the house in the evening with windows open was very uncomfortable. We left a day early due to the indoor conditions.

• Beautifully decorated, nice home. Would recommend that they have more of a privacy wall since Cottonwood and another busy road are visible to the back deck. All the ammenities were great, and we were especially pleased with havw applicances.
