This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Main living area is on the ground floor as well as one of the master bedrooms, which has a king bed, half bath and laundry room. The living room has a large flat screen, great stereo and an Ipod dock. The upstairs has a loft family room with a flat screen television. The 2nd master is upstairs has a queen bed with a flat screen, there is also a hall bath upstairs and 2 other bedrooms both with a pyramid bunk and flat screens. We had a great time and really enjoyed this place. There were 4 adults, 2 kids, 3 babies (under 2 years old) in our party. The house had plenty of room for everyone. The location made it easy to bike ride everywhere. This place will be within walking distance
of the new aquatic center being built (very nice). Everything was clean and in working order except for the floors. We vacuumed and cleaned the kitchen floors an hour after being there. Not sure if this was a mistake or someone overlooked the floors, but the
babies hands and feet turned black within 15 mins of arriving. Other than the floors everything was great. We would return.

We really enjoyed our stay here. This house is spacious and worked well for our group of 7. One comment I would make is the kitchen ammenities were a bit off. Not a lot of pans, serving bowls...other than that, it was terrific.

Two families with young children stayed here for a week. The five kids had a blast and the house was big enough for the adults to relax as well. Great location along the bike path. Only complaint was about the lack of temperature regulation in the hot tub.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. We came for the Pacific Crest Half Marathon and our son played baseball in Redmond. Enjoyed the hot tub - which worked great - lots of room - within walking distance to the village. Would definately stay again!

  Thank you for the five star review! 5 Lava Top is a super home. It has flat screens tvs in all bedrooms and a huge flat screen in the livingroom.
