  We were surprised to find that there was only one spot in the garage as the owner parks in the other spot. However, the house was nice and comfortable, with good sound insulation and privacy. The property managers were also very helpful

  My family loved the house. The floor plan was perfect! Our only concern was that the carpet was spotted and needed stretching.

  Extremely disappointed about the wave rider.

  The house was great. However, I was extremely disappointed to find out upon check-in that the wave rider at the Maverick cost extra. There was nothing on Maverick's website or Discover Sunriver that indicated the wave rider was not included. The main reason I went with Discover Sunriver was because of the Maverick access and the wave machine. I strongly recommend that the website indicate the extra cost. Plus the extra cost was extremely high: $20 for an hour and a half session!

  The house is beautiful, well equipped and in a great location close to the little market & gas station which was very handy. Also close to Mavericks.

  We were visiting for our sons wedding and the accomodations couldn't have been better. We'll be doing a family vacation from our home in Florida in the near future.
