  We needed a place to crash and get away, we had a wonderful restful time. The hot tub was a great hit, the kitchen well equiped and everything worked. The beds were very comfortable and lots of great towels. The decor was really well done.
  We didn't use the outside facilities, but will look forward to them at a later date. Everything was CLEAN. Thank you for a memorable and great week-end.

  This was a great trip! I felt that they werent just making money off me, but they did all they can to make feel at home. Im really impressed of the design of the house and all the interior of the house was peaceful and warm. This is a great place to spend with family and friends. We had lots of fun going on bike rides and swimming ect. And the people around were really nice. The nature was amazing. We saw lots of wildlife animals and the scenery is beautiful. I was here with my best friend that I havent seen in 5 years. And he really enjoyed everything and he wants to get together again for Christmas here at Sunriver.

  We loved our stay at Timber Lane 11! They had bikes for us to use, which was awesome! And when we had problems with the hot tub-the management was at our house within 30 minutes to fix it! The only thing we would change is to improve the locks

  on the doors to increase security. Otherwise it was very clean, relaxing, and a cozy cabin to stay in. Thank you Timber 11!

  Our stay was pleasant. The home was not clean to our standards. The bath tub caulking was very bad, and other surfaces seemed tacky and unclean. Cookware is out of date. Home was adequate, but could be very nice with some updating and tender loving care. I have stayed in Sunriver several times before and I have to admit that I was dissappointed with this home. It has great character but attention to detail could make it a really cool place to stay. Little things make a big difference when you spend $300 plus per night. I would have expected something better than my own home at that price. I hate to be a whiner, but if no one says anything, nothing will ever improve. I will say that we were treated very well and the service was great. Thank you for that!

  We liked the decor, layout, and location of the house. The bedrooms were comfortable. The living room furniture was uncomfortable, especially the couch. The BBQ did not work, though the staff was quick to have it fixed. The hot tub water was lukewarm so not very appealing.
