  If there is a small note somewhere visible, explaining the process of checkout and list of things that need to be done before handing over the keys, it will help a lot. I was not sure about what should be done by us and what would be taken care of by the cleaning services when we left. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay, we had a great time. Jackie was very informative when we picked up the keys. Thanks Jackie.

  We should have let you know on arrival but at the home by the phone there is a plaque that has emergency #'s and checkout procedures. We'll get over there and see if we need to put in a new one. Appreciate all your comments and nice review.

  The unit was clean and comfortable. The bed squeaked too much, and the TV could have been a bit larger to watch, but overall, it was a good value for the money.

  The only problem for us was that their was no privacy on the back deck. That is something we really want in a house.
